Our latest residential and commercial listing product is the largest digital property ad in New Zealand.3 It can be booked in 1 week, 3 week and 6 week durations. Your Premium Listing will be elevated in relevant search results above all Featured Listings. When your Premium Listing expires it will default to a Featured Listing for the remainder of your campaign.
Premium Listing has found the perfect balance of positioning the agent and agency brand as well as the vendor’s property. It offers an opportunity to reflect your marketing expertise and high advertising standards to attract new business.
A Super Feature is an enhancement applied to your Premium or Feature Listing, placing it within a rotating carousel of properties that appear at the top of relevant search results for 7 days. If your image is appearing fuzzy we suggest checking the image size, the optimal size being 300 x 300 pixels.
Your agent photo is sourced from your OneHub profile so whenever you need to make a change simply login to OneHub, upload a new photo and hit save, this will update your photo across all of your listings.
To further enhance your agent profile, take a look at our top tips . If you don’t have a OneHub profile, your agent photo is pulled from the listing agent image that is uploaded with individual listings. This is a more manual process if you have multiple listings, so we recommend creating a OneHub profile for ease.
